HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

Greetings!
Thank you so much for participating in our Home for the Holidays Light Decorating Contest. We are excited that you have taken the time to decorate your house with so many beautiful lights and spread Christmas cheer! Please go to my website, www.MandyMcGuire.com, for the Ballot. Send you a copy to your friends and family too!. Officially, voting begins on the 7th, so make sure to get this to as many people as you can.

Voters can either email me mandy.mcguire@century21.com with their votes (they don't need to fill in the ballot) just have them email your name and address and all their info (name, address, email, etc.). The reason we are asking for their info is so that we make sure everyone is only voting once, could you imagine the number of emails we'd get if we didn't! It'd be like American Idol voting. Voters can also drop off or mail their ballot to our office at 103 S. Main Street in Columbia.

Don't forget about the party on Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 4-7. We are offering a FREE photo with Santa for each toy you donate to Toys for Tots or you can donate $5 and we will go get a toy for you. We will have home baked goodies, refreshments, Christmas music, and lots of fun! Prizes to be delivered after the party from 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.
Hope to see you on Sunday & GOOD LUCK- May the best decorated home win!!

On behalf of all of us at Century 21 Advantage, thank you again for participating!

Washington DC

Last week I had the opportunity to visit our Nation's Capital.  It has been about 3 years since I have been in Washington DC and I have never made a visit to the Smithsonian Zoo before.  I have always wanted to see the Zoo and the Panda exhibit there so I decided while my husband was in a class I would venture out to do so.  Even though it was a chilly day; I am very glad that I spent the afternoon walking through the Zoo and as I anticipated, the Panda's were my favorite to watch; what amazing creatures they are.

Getting around DC was so easy and CHEAP.  Between Josh and I we spent less than $15.00 in two days and traveled all the way from our hotel in Alexandria to the Mall area- down to Old Town Alexandria and back. It was awesome!

I also had a lot of Free time during our short trip so I decided to read Twilight.  I turned out to be a GREAT book and I am very excited to see the movie this Friday.

Let’s say Thank You to Our troops

XEROX IS DOING SOMETHING COOL!!

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! It is FREE and it only takes a second. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers over there need to know we are behind them.

This takes just 10 seconds and it's a wonderful way to say thank you. Please take the time and please take the time to pass it on for others to do. We can never say enough thank you's.

Thanks for taking to time to support our military!
